I was invited to an interview a good three weeks after I applied - I had forgotten I'd even done it. The first interview with the manager was really good, we discussed my experience and the store values and what I would bring to the workplace. I was then invited to a second interview (for a one shift a week role? Seemed excessive) with the Regional Manager and Assistant Store Manager. I thought this also went well, we discussed the team culture and the training processes and made sure I was happy with the hours and the sales style. I have a lot of sales and retail experience in a similar target market so I thought I was a prime candidate, and the Managers were responding as if they thought the same thing.
Until I received a very generic email (with punctuation errors near my name so it's obvious it was a copy and paste) which I thought was really slack after two very good interviews. No reason was given in the email either, so after a positive interviewing experience this left a bad taste in the mouth.

Tell us a time when you provided great customer service?
Went through 2 rounds of interviews. One online, and then one in person. Very detailed instructions and guidelines, however it took some time for the recruitor to get back to me and there was a mixup with whether I got accepted since I first received a decline of offer then later on received an acceptance letter. But noentheless, a very fun interview process and well thoughtout by the team.

group interview at a hotel in melbourne. we were split into groups and had a 15 minute group interview where we had to sell an eye mask. we then went on for a one on one interview that lasted about 5-10 minutes. my interview was with a store manager.
