after 2 weeks no response then I call ask for feedback they send me rejection letter. i am not fit for the team. The hiring process consisted of three steps: first, a telephone verification; second, an online interview with HR and the tech team; and third, an onsite interview that included a company tour, a team meeting, and a live coding challenge.
During the live coding challenge, I needed to pass five tests. I was able to pass two tests, but unfortunately, I failed three. However, I received positive feedback and a good vibe from the team and my colleagues.
After waiting for two weeks without any response, I reached out to inquire about my status. I eventually received a rejection letter stating that I was not a good fit for the team.
