Got a phone call and went over my resume and learned about the firm. Got invited to fly out to ohio and meet the people and place. Had 5 1-1 one hour interviews with a 2 hour lunch. The interviews went pretty well, except they kept wondering why I cam, almost rude i thought. One guy looked at my resume, saw I was from Washington D.C. and asked me "why are you even here"

1) 30-minute phone call with recruiter, they review your resume and confirm your location preferences.
2) Super Day, you get flown into the warehouse, get a tour of the facility, go throw a project share, and have 2-3 behavioral interviews. They ask for detail about experiences covered in your resume. They give about $600 stipend for traveling to/from the airport, eating, etc. They also book your travel for you.

Phone call with recruiter for 30 minutes followed by an actual interview (1 hour) the week after. Interview felt stilted and the follow up process about everything was not great.
