I applied through my university career center and was contacted about a week later for an initial phone interview. It was 45 minutes and was basically just walk me through your resume. A few days later they said they wanted to fly me out to their office. It was a long day--I was there for 8 hours and met with 5-6 different people. Started out with a tour of the office/warehouse; make sure you pay close attention because they will ask you questions about what you think could be changed. The other interviews were just variations about my resume with a few questions about the online website version of their catalog.
