I was contacted by a recruiter, set up a pre-screen, phone interview and was invited onsite. The onsite was very long, I met with 5+ people. I was given a tour of facility, and then had 4 interviews and one lunch interview. Overall the people were nice, but it was not clear what they were looking for in new hires.

1) 30-minute phone call with recruiter, they review your resume and confirm your location preferences. 2) Super Day, you get flown into the warehouse, get a tour of the facility, go throw a project share, and have 2-3 behavioral interviews. They ask for detail about experiences covered in your resume. They give about $600 stipend for traveling to/from the airport, eating, etc. They also book your travel for you.
