Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en McMaster-Carr (Elmhurst, IL) en dic 2019
Entrevista
I toured the wearhouse with the recruiter and she explained the various positions. She explained that there is no opportunity for growth at all in the company. A wearhouse worker will only move laterally to other stations but never into a supervisory/ management role . After the tour, we met with the second recruiter who asked very basic interview questions, scribbled some short hand notes on my resume, and watched the clock the entire time. Both recruiters exited the room and I waited 15 minutes for the next person to interview me. Overall the interview process took 2 hours.

Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en McMaster-Carr en may 2021
Entrevista
The first interview was a simple 30-minute phone interview with someone in HR from McMaster. Very straightforward interview questions, and mostly was just a qualifications screening. The second interview was a week later. This was a 1-hour long Zoom interview with the first 30 minutes being with the same HR interviewer. She showed me a presentation with pictures of the warehouse and asked me to identify what I saw in each picture. She then passed me along to a manager in Distribution for another 30 minutes, where I was asked questions related to the pictures I was shown.
