I was initially contacted by a recruiter via e-mail. This was followed by a 30 min preliminary phone interview at the conclusion of which I was scheduled for an in-person interview. At my first on-site interview, I met with the hiring manager and a web publishing manager in succession. I showed up at 8:30 for a 9:00 interview and was not finished until 11:00. Be prepared for the time that it will take. Between the first and second interviews, I have to complete a sample design project and return with it for evaluation in a week.
