Entrevista
First interview with HR team (i.e. recruitor, benefits specialists, and senior generalist) which lasted about an hour in the corporate office in Renton. Took turns asking predetermined questions about work experience, what former employers would say about you, etc. Then you get scheduled a second interview with the Director of HR and then they call you back and let you know either way. I dressed business professional due to their dress code being business casual. The office can be difficult to find due to sharing space with one of their store, so give yourself extra time to find it just in case.

Entrevista
I first came in to interview with the Benefits Specialist and Staffing Specialist on the HR team. They both had previously held the HR Assistant role. After I was approved for a 2nd interview I met with the HR director and went over some additional questions.

They asked several situational questions such as 'tell me about a time you worked with a difficult customer'. Then there were several questions that were very straight forward like 'why did you leave you last job?' 'Describe your role at your last job', etc.
