The interviewers didn't seem to have enough time to interview me. It was an easy interview, with basic questions that asked me to think of examples from previous employers of how I achieved certain goals. It would have been nice to been able to know more about the lack of culture that this company has during the interview process.

It was all, give an example of when you led a team to solve a problem?
Overall the interview process was quick and efficient process with staggered interviews from specific business unit. It did not drag on and the team was responsive to my questions. The tone was conversational and candid, while keeping focused on the job expectations and team culture.

Beyond why I was considering McKesson for the role, I was also asked a broader question about my thoughts for joining a large corporation and how I see myself enjoying working in such an environment.

Initial interview - nice recruiter but hiring manager looking for a specific skill/experience that was not specified in job requirements/breakdown made this a no go from the beginning and a waste of time for everyone involved.
It went well- very professional, nice people who are organized and straight forward about the job. It was a decent length interview with thoughtful questions and they also gave honest answers about ideas that were discussed.
