Depending on the manager it can range from fairly relaxed, standard interview process in which you meet with several people including the hiring manager to group interviewing with a LARGE panel. It can take some time to finish the process but can be worth it. ASk about the workflow between departments and the interactions and ability to work cross functional teams.
