For a company as large as McKesson they were pretty fast. What annoyed me was they knew all along what my background is. I had a lot of startup experience and had delivered a lot of work perhaps not at the scale at McKesson but to very large customers. During the interview process - both the hiring manager and the VP of that group made me feel as if it were a crime that I hadn't delivered the scale that McKesson is expecting. They hardly gave me an overview of what they are expecting and why they are looking for this role - just started off with questions from a questionnaire. Do you have experience with this/with that, etc?
All along they knew my profile but I don't know why they wanted to waste their time and my time and telling me how my experience is not what they are looking for in a candidate.

Straightforward but interviewer seemed to not be super familiar with the position and did not ask questions that were inciteful. Felt like this was just a basic screening and that a better interview would be needed. They also arrived late.

Disconnected. Not truly a test of knowledge . They have internal favorites . The hiring manager spent no time understanding my work. Asked arbitrary questions. It wasclwar she had other favorites or was intimidated by me

The process included several rounds of zoom and phone interviews with team members. The interviews were mostly fit questions, discussion of industry dynamics, and discussion of my background. None of the questions were out of the ordinary.
