HR called me and had me do an online evaluation and set up a time for a face to face. Then I met with HR and did a basic interview, with assorted questions. After that, HR told me about another interview I had to do, and told me the names of the people who would do them. It was two managers asking me the same questions HR had already asked.
After that they deliberated and a few weeks later I did the drug test. after that another week or so and i was hired.

Fairly quick and to the point. Done over the phone and then scheduled for orientation. Didn't seem to be a person from the actual work location. Just someone relaying information.

Very average and what you would expect. For roles with more responsibilities and status most likely would have more than one interview and more than likely there will be more than one interviewer
was done video chat through third party but may have changed since back when I hired in. Typical questions , What is your experience, what shift your looking for etc. But was an ok interview
