Once hired you are thrown to the wolves with no real training and expected to meet all MAPS reports even when you don't have legit jobs to work on at the time. The compensation is low. This job is good for someone right out of college but not a place you and grow within. The turnover is very high and they average at least 1 person a month in turnover.
