I got a schedule interview through McDonald’s virtually. However, when I got there. They had no idea that I was there for a scheduled interview. The lady who interviewed me was no even trained to do interviews. Interview went well despite, but I was never given any response. There were no calls or emails to follow up. I never got a job offer.

Very few quester asked of me, they were what is your age, your address, education level. Year of employment and that was it.I led the interview because the lady said she had no idea what she was supposed to ask me.

easy to average in difficulty. people management skills required. and they also check if you can work well under pressure. must have good communication skills. they will also check if you can explain the procedures.

The interview process was very easy. They asked me some situational questions, and asked about my qualifications. It is very easy to crack since they are always hiring. The first question is always "Tell me about yourself". Good luck.
