Casual conversation with interviewer made me less nervous. The interviewer was great in explaining what the internship entailed and what the company strived to be. Interview set realistic expectations for internship. They seem to want to hire students who are interested in construction and determined to make the most of the internship, not those who are too unsure of their career paths.
