I applied online and received an email from the Clinical Nutrition Manager to set up an interview. I met with just the Clinical Nutrition Manager 1-on-1. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I thought she really connected and had a good conversation. She did indicate that they wanted someone with more experience (this would be my first full-time position as I just graduated). I left feeling that I had made a good impression, but that I would not get the offer because if was not an ideal fit for me or for the company.
