It was pretty standard. 5 minute presentation with follow up questions Competency interview, and time at the end for me to ask questions. Conducted via teams. Panel of 2 interviewers
Three different interviews. Not very difficult. Based on subject knowledge and leadership experience. Interviews were over the phone with recruiter and hiring manager. Questions centered around resume details were pretty much the entire first interview.

Standard interview questions. At the manager level, the inter view process is more of a career review discussion than a behavioral interview. Agent interviews consist of behavioral interview questions. Salary negotiations where made difficult due agency.
