Received call from HR first, after applying online. Got the usual HR questions from her. She said she would have a person call me for the technical phone interview. Within 20 minutes I received another call and was asked very basic technical questions. He then set a time and place for an in person interview very soon after. At the in person interview there were no technical questions other than details about my resume. I was fresh out of college so I had no experience other than school projects. The guy I interviewed with was not a programmer himself so he could not ask detailed questions, my guess is he was just checking if I showed up on time and wore proper clothing. Received a call within several hours of the in person interview with a job offer.

Easy Interview. No practical exam/test just a verbal discussion on education and previous experience. One on one in person interview. Only took about 30 minutes and was offered the job shortly after with a couple years similar experience.
