The HR manager called me and we had a great interview over the phone. I was hired at the end of the interview. We had a really good conversation and mostly talked about my work in the clerical field.
Phone screening, first round interview with generic behavioral question. You MUST submit an application online to be considered on the MAXIMUS website. Even if yuo are a referral. Three days after my second interview, I was offered the position.
