Fast and easy interview. Met with two engineers and company president in a conference room. They reviewed my resume, asked a couple questions and showed me the facility and then discussed salary. Started working the next day.

Entrevista
The process consisted of a screening phone interview followed by an in person interview on site. The in person interview was a half day of 1 on 1 interviews with 5 separate managers followed by a site tour. Each interviewer asked questions about my skills sets, problem solving ability, experience working with batteries, engineering, electronics and chemistry.
