We start with one-on-one interviews with the relevant manager, followed by interviews with the relevant team, HR, and the owner. This is the general process and it was my process, as well. It’s all very conversational and tends to move pretty quickly. But always based on the work available. We never staff just to have butts in seats, but only when the team needs to grow. Offers might be contract, contract-to-perm, or straight to FTE (mine was the later)
