In a word--thorough, definitely more than expected for what was supposedly an entry-level position. I had10 individual Zoom calls spread over 2 days, with people from marketing, sales, technical development, and even the CEO. PROS: I got a very clear idea of how various parts of the company worked together. The HR people and members of the team I was interviewing to be on were very transparent and supportive, even offering advice for how to talk to the harder to win over folks. CONS: Each interviewer seemed to have a different concept of what the person in the new role should do, some of which conflicted.

10 zoom calls in 2 days with various people in marketing, technical, sales, and even the CEO--less than half of whom the job would actually interact with. They admitted after the fact that the process was probably overkill. The person who would have been my immediate supervisor interviewed with ferer people.
