After a short telephonic interview, I was called at their office. It's a small office inside their home. The HR facilitated a telephonic call with another senior followed by two F2F interviews. I was asked to quickly come up with ideas to sell content to a journalist. I answered the question fairly well. The HR called me up the very next day and told me her decision. Though the HR was adamant that I should join the very next day, I somehow managed to buy a time period of 15 days. In the meanwhile, due to some personal and medical reasons , I changed my decision and decided not to join. So I called up the HR to ask for the documents I had submitted. Now she and her team are giving all sorts of excuses and not returning the self- attested copies I have submitted. Don't know what to do.
