Brief interview process. Consisted of 3 total interviews. I had to complete test to prove my analytical analysis skills and use of excel functions. They gave me an excel spreadsheet with fake suppliers and fake data and a scenario to see how I’d solve the problem. I explained my thought process and showed my work with formulas and functions within excel. No outside resources were needed since I actually knew advanced functions of excel. It took a couple hours. I thought it was pretty easy but I gave other candidates the same test after being hired and 90 percent of people failed it.
