The process was very thorough and lengthy, so you get the sense that they take hiring extremely seriously, and look to retain employees as much as possible. With the exception of 1-2 people, the interviewers were extremely nice. I really appreciated the company's transparency in terms of compensation structure, as well as their efforts to introduce their corporate culture.
