Formal structured interview with two executives. Applied in mid March and got a call for an in person interview, the whole process took about 2 weeks. They asked many questions to get a better understanding of who I am and my overall outlook on how I problem solve, achieve goals, strengths/weaknesses, and current academics. I would highly recommend having a few questions in mind to ask them, I was so nervous I couldn’t think of any and I usually always have questions towards the end lol
