I did 3 phone interviews. One with a current employee, one with the HR manager and one with a Director, the CEO and an employee. Matrix heavily relies on references. The questions were mostly geared towards getting to know me, my personal interests, how I will fit into the company and what my future goals are to see if I would be a good fit.

I was interviewed by several of the staff members. I was greeted warmly and felt generally comfortable. Questions ranged out to see what software skills I had experience with to what the details about the job were. I was then given a tour of the office and introduced to other working employees.
