First, you go in to take an assessment and talk to the center director. After the assessment is done you are called back to do a preview day where you see what happens in the center and what you would be expected to do. Then you will be called back with a job offer if you make it through all the steps.

very easy interview, asked about experience and availability. The interview is also super quick and they try to know what level of math you know up to. Also need to take an employment test that has questions from elementary to beginning of high school. Need to pass this test in order to be employed.

Entrevista
You get asked behavioral questions, and then you will take a math test on topics from elementary to high school math. The test is not very hard and is mostly a review of classes you took before high school.
Submitted resume online and had an interview call with the owner of the place. Asked questions about why you want to work here and if you have prior tutoring or teaching experience. Then took a math test to see your aptitute and skills.
