The first round was a phone screening with a recruiter. After passing this first round I was moved on to a zoom interview that was broken down into 30 minute increments. The first was with HR, then with someone who was in a management position and then with another research associate.
Nice people and interested in getting to know you and your interests. However one of their wifi kept cutting out and it made for an unprofessional and rough vibe. Recruiter was the highlight
Very straightforward and a very deep dive into your research experiences, including methodology, results, programs used and presentation processes. Overall, very loaded Interview but still straightforward. Interviewers also explain the job and examples of projects really well.

You'll do 4-5 interviews in total. Be prepared to talk about recent publications and research from the company that interests you. Interviewers will be very impressed and recognize that you're genuinely interested in the position.
