Very thorough. I took a full day off of work to go onsite, where I gave a 40 minute presentation about my qualifications, but primarily about a case study of my previous work experience to illustrate the way I think as an analyst. I was coached by both HR and the hiring manager on this presentation before giving it which was definitely helpful. This was followed by 5 interviews with different members of the department. The environment was very welcoming as were the interviews themselves, but it is a rigorous process.
