The hr sifted through the resume first and contacted to make a phone interview first. Talked about 15 minutes and asked some simple questions from the resume. Asked to choose one from signal processing/control theory/computer science. The phone interview was mainly technical. The outline was given before the interview which covers calculus, linear algebra, differential equations, C, matlab, and the chosen one.
There were three phases for recruiting procedures. The first stage was a brief and relaxing conversation, the second stage was about technical things and hiring manager asked several questions in the third stage.
