I applied via an online application, Although it took some time, the process was relatively fast after the first interview. Main questions were about previous experience, nothing too difficult. The experience was good and smooth.
There was one interview with HR about soft skills and interests, then another one with the director more technical and about motivations and experience, and one technical test with actual tasks to perform related to the job itself

First interview with HR manager: talk about expectations, interests and general reason to appy for this company. Second interview with future people manager: talk about future work and commitments, he's the one who you have to convince you're suited for the job. Third interview with R&D manager and Production Manager: they generally test your knowledge, experience, mindset, language skills, etc. and take the final decision.
