Awful. First interview with head of sales, a french chap, went well. After that they totally messed me about - kept me hanging on for 6 weeks saying they needed someone else just as good to compare me against. I got fed up of waiting - shocking experience and based on the staff reviews on this site it looks like I had a lucky escape
