About a month after I applied, I received an invitation to an initial screening with HR. There were some communication issues, which many others have pointed out in their reviews, but I looked past it and went ahead with the screening. It was about 40 minutes, no cameras were on and so it felt like I was talking to my computer instead of an actual person.
