It was very strange experience. I applied online for job at Ramat Gan, Israel. After some time I received automatic mail that my CV passed ATS, and some human will contact me, that happened several days later. I got a time, when somebody had to call me for the interview. But nobody didn't. After excuses and several days of waiting, they appointed another time one week later. This time PM contacted me by a phone. After some usual discussion of my experience she started to ask me for a very basic technical questions (multithreading and dependency injection). I didn't expected it psychologically and stuck for several seconds, so she decided I am using ChatGPT. I answered all questions, but was rejected. It was really strange, if they suspect that candidates use ChatGPT, they can invite to the office, where they can control it, why phone conversation? Even not Zoom, where they can ask to share the screen.
