Both times interviewers were late and were not very friendly during the sessions. I attended 2 separate interviews for 2 different roles with 2 different teams within the same company but the impression was that the interviewers were very rude and snobbish- hence assume this is the company culture.
Both times, there were 2 persons interviewing me. At one of the interviews, one of the hiring managers were asking me questions and halfway throughout the interview, he decided to whip out his mobile phone and started tapping away on the screen when i was replying to his question and the other interviewer had embarrassingly take over in the following up of the questions. Then decided to ask an IQ question which has not much context to allow for reasoning. The other interview, was also not very pleasant in experience. Felt the condescending attitude throughout the interview and FYI, I had years of experience in MNCs and being an interviewer previously, this is not the way to treat candidates at an interview.
