The interviewer seemed to prioritize idea pitching over the actual interviewing process and didn't provide much constructive feedback. There was a lack of differentiation between big bang ideas and thought processes. When I tried to explain to her, she inferiorly said this was not a debate session. Furthermore, there appeared to be a lack of appreciation for candidates with solid academic or research backgrounds, while I also have many work experiences. She kept questioning the value of extensive studies and trying to say it was a waste of time.

many rounds of interview. at the last meeting with SVP, who was late, not prepared...(they were literally reading the CV while interviewing), there was no questions regarding the job advertised nor the relevant experience. The 25 mins interview was on past work experiences. In particular i have been asked to provide the four catehpries of certain definition not related to the job. I felt like being in high school. it has been humiliating without saying unfair. At the phone call from HR feedback was I have been told that I was unable to answer correctly to one question. Maybe they are looking for the perfect unicorn who answers all the questions, I would have expected questions on the job.
