Submitted job posting and resume online. Waited a couple weeks. Met with HR rep, supervisor and hiring manager. It took awhile to get a response. I was then politely informed that I did not get the position and they would keep me in mind for other opportunities.

Why would you be a good fit here. Previous experience. The manager interviewing me did not seem very technical. Appeared they already had someone else in mind and were just going through the motions.
