I applied online through school career site. A month or two later I heard back with a scheduled HR skype interview. This was a 30 minute professional skills interview, the HR person was very nice. Two hours later I heard back with a follow up final round interview super day. At this event we had solo interviews and solo case study presentations. One hour after the super day I got a call back with a job offer. This process was very enjoyable and easy to go through. MasterCard replied very quickly at each step of the way and their HR people were always nice and supportive.

The Interview process was very unpleasant for me. The first round of interviews were on campus and I was only asked 2 short questions about my previous experiences and work (behavioral type) and that was it. It took only 15 minutes and then I asked 15 minutes of questions. The guy who interviewed me, was over-all pretty creepy and I felt very uncomfortable. A few weeks later, I was informed I made it final round of interviews. I went to NYC for a short 45 minutes interview with the hiring manager and one of his employees. I had to prepare a case study before the interview that I presented in 10 minutes a the end of the interview. They did not ask any further questions about the case. All of the questions during the interview were very strange. No technical questions, just about my previous work and what I had used. The interview was more about whether I already had experience with the technologies they used rather than my actual skills or learning ability. I did not feel like any of their questions were a good judge of aptitude for the position.
