Applied through university recruiting and was contacted several weeks later by a recruiter. Recruiter set up a phone screen for a few days later. Phone screen was very basic and recruiter set up a final interview during call.
Final interview was a phone interview with the Senior Officer in the department I would be working for. During interview I was informed on the specifics of the position and learned more about MasterCard. Asked to go through my resume and was asked specific questions about resume.
Contacted two days later with an offer. Overall the interview process was very laid back and a positive experience.

Online application via the webiste, then video interview that included the standard behavioural questions, then final round phone call. no online test as it wasnt a technical role i was applying to.
Muito bom, grande acompanhamento e bastante organizado. Foi tudo o que preparei e toda a gente que me entrevistou foi muito amável, deixando-me sempre bastante à vontade com o processo. O processo foi rápido.

The Summer Intern selection process includes there Code for Change Hackathon as the final selection round before that they conducted a campus drive and an online coding round, the coding round had 2 DSA question medium - hard difficulty the topics covered the in the questions where graph traversal and dynamic programming the graph question was pretty difficult but the dynamic programming was a bit more on the medium difficulty side. Then the shortlisted students from the online coding round are distributed in teams of 8 members from different colleges and made to participate in an 8 hours hackathon (Code for Change) where they need to complete a full working project and submit there ppts and there working demo video, each team gets assigned with a mentor who evaluates the students based on there skills and working on the project in those 8 hours and how they collaborate with the team and then based on that they give scores to the students and the overall top students who scored most based on the marks given by the mentors are selected as the interns
