Entrevista
Brief phonemail with a recruiter which went very smoothly. Had to do an edit test which involved creating a pitch video from a brief (no materials were supplied so source footage/music had to found) Had a follow up call with a senior editor a week later. Did not get an offer - had the feeling I was over-qualified for the position.

Online application, then brief chat w/ HR, standard interview. HR had some surprisingly good questions. Then I had to do an editing 'test'. The creative brief for the test was laughably vague, another "let's see how you think" type of thing, which is a HUGE red flag. All footage/music had to be researched and gathered, which took far longer than the four-hour 'estimate' they give. It was a ridiculous 'test' that doesn't really measure anything. They did pay for my time though, to their credit. I'm not against tests, but vague, touchy-feely stuff like this makes them look incompetent.
