MTG interview process was very nice. I felt very honored to received an initial call from the Company President asking if I would be interested in an interview. During interview, the Operations Director made me feel comfortable with the interview from the start. Other interviewers present were the same way. Follow up interview was scheduled a week later. Same process, Operations Director and two new other interviewers were present. The Whole interview process was very smooth and not stressing at all. Lots of nice people work here that make you feel welcome. Glad I was able to join there team !
