The interview ran about 1.5 hours and began with a conversation about my previous work experience and what I hoped to gain from the position. It then progressed to the values of Master Services which were pretty incredible and somewhat unexpected for a company in their field. After that, we reviewed my portfolio and also the MS organizational chart. The interviewer then took me on a tour of the building and introduced me to the marketing department. Apparently a second interview is an all day experience but unfortunately I did not make it that far. Regardless, the entire experience felt really positive and I was optimistic that it would work out but alas, imagine my disappointment when I got "the email" instead of "the call". Still grateful for the experience as it shows that there ARE companies out there who are willing to invest in their employees and enrich lives of others. MS is a very forward thinking company and their employee satisfaction really sets the bar high for other employers in the area. Employers such as this don't come along every day so if you get an offer, don't hesitate, TAKE IT. Trust.
