Interview process was quick and simple. I had a quick interview over the phone and decided when it was convenient for us. I came in and had a nice thirty minute interview and was informed of a job offer within a day or two.

I was asked to sell them a pen to see how my selling skills were.
The interview consisted of me and another person both being interviewed at the same time being asked the exact same questions back to back while another employee sat next to the interviewer taking notes.

Entrevista
Met with the GM and district manager. Went on two in person interviews and was being asked to interview for GM role at a different location. I accepted and was asked to wait around for two weeks before they could set up a third interview that never happened. I was later told “they went a different direction”. My time was wasted and they were sneaky.
Relatively easy interview process. The manager was nice and to the point. It took about 3 days to hear back. After the interview we trained on how to answer phones and check guests in and out.
