The preliminary interview only took 5 mins to check what kind of experience candidate have. When I asked for more information about the position, they put me into second round interview.

Thanks for your feedback, our first round interviews are really just a brief meet and greet to get to know candidates and see if we share the same ethos and ambition. We apologize if that seemed brief or vague, but we do cover the entire business in detail in our second round interviews, and we want to make sure that we are working with compatible candidates before we overload them with information.

Extremely odd. They would not throughly disclose what I would be doing for the full day interview. Asked to get into a car with a stranger and go to Dorchester. Sits me down at a small metal table to give away free phones in a sketchy looking area. Meanwhile I'm in a nice blazer thinking it's a project management office job. Left the interview early. Never felt more uncomfortable. Had to take a Lyft back to my car.

Hardly asked me anything on the 1st interview. Just past job experience. Took 8 minutes tops....super rushed and impersonal.
Thanks for taking the time to post your review. We are very proud to represent a governmentally funded project, and the campaign and ethos are geared toward an important cause. This does mean that the event locations can be perceived as undesirable to some, but this is the nature of the project. We appreciate this may not be for everybody, but the role does offer the opportunity to make a difference and build a career for yourself as you train with us and progress through our company.
