face to face interview followed by telephonic HR rounds as the location of job was UAE which was quite good . First round was for operations related one and getting to know more about your background
Does not follow the right hierarchy to conclude the process. Once you enter there would be a conflict among the stakeholders taking this in to consideration. They do not have any clue as to why they are recruited and what is the job needs to be done.
