Very casual. Somewhat informative but you really don't know what you are getting into until you start the position. They let you know you will be cooking and leaning, etc. but they don't tell you that some of the schools are old buildings converted and your stock room might be in another area than the kitchen which means you will be lifting, carrying, carting items all over the place.

very good, ask question about what your job is for and what you will have to do when you get the job how many hours you will have to do any lunch breaks any bathroom break do you have to stand all day
