First had a 30min interview with HR. It went well and moved to the second interview. They requested an assignment before the 2nd interview, a one-minute video about how to tackle a social media strategy. Went to the in-person interview and only 2 days later received they were moving forward with another application.

In the first interview with HR, she "tell me about a time when you received criticism/feedback on your work." Most of her questions were generic, which was nice.
