I was interviewed at Marvell Semiconductors, Bangalore in June 2019. Overall interview experience was pathetic. HR`s think that they are doing a favor by calling for f2f discussion. First they schedule the interview then make you wait for 2 hrs. Then they have the audacity to say Interview panel is unavailable and they need to reschedule. Interview experience has been just OK, total 3 rounds including managerial. Technical rounds as such was easy, panel`s focus was mostly on the current projects and some system level questions. After completing all the round Hiring manager was quite happy with my profile and had informed the HR to get through the next process. However I never heard from anyone post that and I too never bothered to check with him as the overall experience was not too convincing to visualize me working under such unprofessional environment.
