I applied cold online to their Hardware Validation (Test Solutions) Engineer role. Within two weeks hard back from the recruiter and was scheduled for an initial screening interview with the hiring manager, They went over my resume experience (at a very general level), and asked me teamwork, collaboration, and behavioral questions. The second interview was more technical with a senior engineer asking me more deeply about my project and the design decisions. The last one I had to prepare my own technical presentation (of my choice) around 20 minutes in front of three staff engineers. It was a smooth process overall, and I landed an offer the week after.
